Ok, our first day of detox begins tomorrow. What does that mean to us?
- Dosai maavi made with brown rice, not the usual idli rice
- 10 salad boxes prepared for lunch for the two of us for five working days.
- Cheese, veggie burgers and tofu in the usual salad substituted with brown chickpeas, and quinoa-potato subji.
- The salad will be accompanied with a slice or two of Ezekiel bread.
- Tea, regular salt, canola oil replaced with decaf green tea, sea salt, d sunflower oil respectively
- Fridge filled with fruits and some veggies. The usual dairy purchases for the two of us not done.
- A bunch of beans soaked overnight and frozen in fridge
- Green gram dhal and fenugreek in the process of sprouting
We are pumped up, wish us well.
