Fitness Diary – Day 09

Eats – good for most part of the day. Oats with berries for breakfast, quinoa salad for lunch, banana and nuts for snack, raagi dosai for dinner.

Workout – none. Meditation – none. Sleep – ok.

Gratitude:

  1. Intuition – nearly missed signing up for a kids’ activity. Out of nowhere, followed up on it and turns out the event was today. Thankful for the little voice in my head that kept nudging me to follow up.
  2. Thankful to my contractor and his crew who is very considerate of the fact that we are living here while the construction is happening.
  3. Friends show – much needed lightness after a day of running around. Thankful for Netflix!
